Narcissi Dreams

Who would not fancy
a tête à tête
with a lemon beauty
in the golden dawn

The golden echo
of the love call
of luscious lingerie
and beautiful eyes

I wake with double smiles
to my catalogue of
narcissi bulbs, dreaming
still of orange progress
and pink pride…

Dreaming of all those beauties from a catalogue… yes we should do that more.

Indeed Björn – and seed catalogues seem to be resisting the urge to go digital…

Thanks Dwight – and enjoyed seeing your garden last time – will you be there on Saturday?

Why, Sir .. I do declare there is a flush upon my cheeks.
Your luscious poem and the art you chose are perfect partners. Again, thank you for the sweet compliment.

Thank you so much, I decided to prompt Midjourney for a picture by pasting the whole poem into it and I must say, I was stunned at the beauty of the image it produced…

I love how you wove so many of the names so seamlessly into your verse.

This made me smile. The slightly erotic dreams over the seed catalog! So clever, Andrew. 😊
